SpotNepal ("we," "us," or "the platform") provides a space to explore and share places and stories from Nepal. By accessing or using SpotNepal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. If you use SpotNepal on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Information you provide at registration should be accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By posting on SpotNepal, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to operate, promote, and improve the platform.

You confirm you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

You agree not to post content or behave in ways that:

• Are illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, or sexually exploitative
• Invade privacy or mislead others about your identity or affiliations
• Include spam, malware, or attempts to scrape or overload the service
• Violate intellectual property or other rights of others

We may review, moderate, remove, or refuse to publish content. Features such as approval workflows may apply before content appears publicly.

We aim to keep SpotNepal reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, or events outside our control may cause downtime. The platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpotNepal and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or fifty U.S. dollars (USD 50), unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

You may stop using SpotNepal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for operational reasons with reasonable notice where practicable.

We may update these Terms & Conditions. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the site or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
